Roni Dolev Tamari

Roni has over 25 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, over half of these have been with Agile in one form or another. She has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to world-leading tech corporations. Since 2011, she has been sharing her Agile experience by training and coaching organizations in their Lean/Agile transformation journeys. Roni has strong hands-on experience in driving organizational changes and promoting Lean/Agile mindsets to help companies deal with their challenges in an ever-changing environment so they remain relevant and improve their business results, including in global, multi-disciplinary (software/hardware/mechanical/optics/etc.) and regulated environments.
